About joe’s

If you’re planning on spending your day exploring all of Fremantle’s Fishing Boat Harbour, then indulging on some fresh seafood is an absolute must.

And there’s no better place on the Harbour to get your serve of fish and chips than Joe’s Fish Shack. From fresh snapper to juicy barramundi and freshly caught crayfish, Joe’s Fish Shack is THE place to go to get your seafood fix.

There’s nobody who knows his seafood quite like Joe, who spent many of his years catching fish before he

decided to cook them instead. He firmly believes that if it’s not the best you can get, you won’t find it on his tables.

He also knows the very best spot to build a restaurant; he built his on the water overlooking the spectacular view that is the Fishing Boat Harbour. You have the option of either dining inside with the comfort of the air-conditioning or outside on the expansive outdoor deck.

Imported Beers, Spirits and Cocktails are also on offer.

Joe's To Go

Fish and chips for the taking!

If you feel like taking your fish and chips on a leisurely stroll around the Fishing Boat Harbour then Joe’s To Go is the best option for you! Joe has truly thought of everything.

Joe’s take-away is absolutely delicious – the freshest fish cooked to order, rolled in batter and cooked to absolute perfection. They’re so good he even serves them on a posh tray! If you fancy something special, Joe’s even got that covered too with his sensational crumbed squid and chips.

For the ultimate experience in real seafood, try Joe’s seafood basket. Feast on beer battered fish, squid rings, crumbed scallops, crab stick and a tonne of chips. If you still have some room left, try one of Joe’s delicious ice creams for dessert.

And because Joe wants to make sure you have the most amazing time while you eat and enjoy the view, he’s even bought sun umbrellas to keep you cool. What a lad!
